Our Mission.

ITUB collaborated with the Products Squads consulting company on a project to establish a franchise model for Share Now. At that time, Share Now comprised 18 teams tasked with delivering services to franchisees. The primary objective was to make Share Now a Franchise enabled company with a scalable business model and to launch the first franchise customer in Münster.

How to become a franchise SaaS entity?

To achieve this transformation, a Project Management Office (PMO) was set up to oversee the company's transition to becoming a franchise Service/SaaS entity.
This shift aimed to offer scalable franchise services, allowing Share Now to expand rapidly into the German market, especially in medium and smaller cities, without the need for its own cars and infrastructure.

The PMO was responsible for the discovery, service definition, and the transition to a B2B-SaaS-like company.
ITUB managed the technical aspects of the project, leading several work streams. One primary focus was on the Rights & Roles work stream, ensuring a harmonized system meeting both franchisees' needs and audit standards.
Secondly ITUB was in charge for the second work stream defining the service interface for franchises, business case and solution architecture for Share Now.

After Selection of an implementation partner and the lead to a six-month Salesforce project to establish this Franchise Service Desk.
