In November 2019 the project Switch2move Netherlands was started by 5 founding members. The team had many years of experience stopping the further development of these illnesses by applying a two time per week social implicit movement programs. These programs are backed up by science.
Historically, the Netherlands faced soaring health care costs due to demographic shifts. In response, the government and city councils commissioned Andrew Greenwood to create a movement program for every "Neighborhood care center" to curb costs and promote healthy living.
The project was intended to be funded by www.acuityag.com, by each founding member, and by the city of Tilburg and Amsterdam.

ITUBs role in this project was first product management setting up, developing and defining together with Andrew Greenwood and Team 6 different healthcare products for the Government, different cities and the end customers.
ITUBs second later role was Product- and IT-project management for the Switch2Move content platform for end-users and for creating the e-learning platform.
The difficulty of creating Switch2Move products and product pitches was its multisided business structure and dependencies. Many parties were involved in implementing these health care products in the market starting with accreditation and government officials, ending with the heads of hospitals and local care centers who had to buy in the program to participate.

Advancing the recognition of Switch2Move creative movement programs as a valuable healthcare solution for various stakeholders by:- Accrediting Switch2Move creative movement programs as healthcare treatments ("art on prescription") in the Netherlands.
- Convincing city governments, government officials, and insurance companies of the investment value in scientifically proven Switch2Move programs, reducing future healthcare costs and enhancing overall healthcare
- persuading case managers of government-hosted facilities that Switch2Move programs significantly improved residents' lives in neighborhood healthcare centers
- convincing hospital geriatric department heads that Switch2Move's social implicit movement programs were effective treatments for patients and beneficial for their hospitals
Effective implementation of the Switch2Move program and supporting the program's expansion through franchising and IT infrastructure development:
- Supporting movement coaches and healthcare facilitators in implementing the Switch2Move program within their healthcare institutions
- Providing live Switch2Move creative movement classes for patients with mild symptoms of Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, and provided virtual classes led by Andrew Greenwood on a weekly basis
- Provided emotional stress relief for stressed healthcare staff through participation in the Switch2Move "Everybody is a Dancer" Program
- Enabling movement coaches and healthcare facilitators to host Switch2Move classes in their respective cities or regions, targeting patients with mild symptoms of Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis
- supporting the program delivery and development by optimizing the Switch2Move content platform, overseeing IT products and projects

Product Management and business development: Development of different products and product pitches for different target groups having a different perspective on the Switch2Move healthcare and creative movement programs:
Teach the teacher program:
- different movement coaches and health care facilitators get educated in executing the Switch2Move program in their health care institution.
Social Implicit movement program for end users:
- patients with mild symptoms of Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis could attend a local live Switch2Move creative movement class or attend the virtual classes given by Andrew Greenwood on a weekly basis.
Switch2Move "Everybody is a dancers" program:
- Stressed out health care stuff gets emotional stress relieve by attending this class
Development of the Switch2Move Franchise program:
- movement coaches & health care facilitators could host Switch2Move classes in their city or region for patients with mild symptoms of Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis
