Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product vision and strategy, particularly focusing on UX/UI aspects.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product aligns with user needs and provides an intuitive, engaging user experience.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, scoping, UX/UI design, coding, testing, launch, and support.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure and improve product performance.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting product plans and status updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and IT project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on UX/UI design and IT projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of product development in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
