Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and prioritize a product roadmap.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Act as a primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure products align with company goals and customer needs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Facilitate Scrum events as needed and support agile development methodologies.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items.
- Analyze and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
